Hello friends! Here's another card I copied from Pinterest...really love this one! I used the Fun Stamper's Journey Newsprint stamp for my background again. Stampin Up's Butterfly Basics for the rest. Colors are Calypso Coral and Crisp Cantaloupe. I used a watercolor brush to color the flowers.
Since I haven't posted in such a long time, here is something I've had done for a while and just haven't gotten around to sharing yet. Maybe it will serve to get me back in the swing of things.
I lifted this one from an idea on Pinterest. I used Stampin Up You're My Type, and a Fun Stamper's Journey Newsprint stamp.
Welcome to a new month, which means it's time for a new challenge over on the House of Cards blog! Our theme this month is shaped cards:
I started out by using a free template from Cuddly Buddly. I just love it when I find fun freebies like this! I made the cupcake paper by running blue cardstock through a crimper, then running an inkpad over the ridges. The frosting was stamped and embossed with a swirl background stamp in polysparkle embossing powder, then I added Stickles around the edge, chocolate "sprinkles" and a big Glossy Accent coated cherry on top!
I hope you'll stop by our challenge blog and check out all the fun shaped cards this month! See you there!
Good morning everyone! I've decided to step down as DT member with the Moving Along with the Times Challenge, so this is my last post for them. Come join us with your embossed cards!
I took a sketch I found off Pinterest for this one, using some Stampin' Up papers and a sentiment I borrowed from a friend. I used a fun paisley embossing folder for the background.
I've got two cards to share today using Great Impressions H276 Our Family to Yours.
Both are simply embossed with metallic powders with ribbon and metallic papers for the background.
