It's Friday once again and time for another card using Great Impressions fabulous stamps! If you aren't familiar with them, they are high quality rubber...even the cling stamps are rubber (which I really prefer to the acrylic type).
I colored up my Winter Chickadee G28 stamp with some Copics and a Distress ink sky and popped him behind a die cut window (cutting around his tail so it could peek out over the edge). Then I inked up just the pine needles part of the stamp and went around the window edge, the card edges and underneath the edges of the sentiment ( Being You D509). I did a bit of Distress ink watercolor wash to the sentiment strip to match the blue background of the bird, and stapled on some bits of ribbon. I hope you'll come join us over on the Great Impressions blog for our Monthly Challenge. You can also link up in the Customer Gallery if you use their stamps.
