I started with a little 3x4 card that had Let it Snow printed on it. I used a stamp and some paint to add a few swirls to the upper portion. I trimmed a piece of white burlap for the side. To make the snowflake embellishment I stamped on grunge paper, inked it up with some Distress inks and added some Crackle Paint over the top. Then I layered a snowflake rub-on and a chipboard piece on top of that. For the background I used a piece of embossed felt, and the blue paper was colored with distress inks and Glimmer mist.
