Good morning everyone! I've decided to step down as DT member with the Moving Along with the Times Challenge, so this is my last post for them. Come join us with your embossed cards!
I took a sketch I found off Pinterest for this one, using some Stampin' Up papers and a sentiment I borrowed from a friend. I used a fun paisley embossing folder for the background.
All week long we've been guessing the Christmas carols portrayed by cards made by Design Team members for Great Impressions. Here's a little peek at what I created:
You can make your guess and see the card over on the Great Impressions blog today. See you there!
This is my card for Moving Along with the Times challenge, which has a theme of My Favorite Things (the song, not the stamp company). I chose this stamp which belongs to a friend because it fits perfectly-wild geese that fly with the moon on their wings! It's a beautiful stamp that will make a great masculine card. Thanks for stopping by today!

Great texture here with the burlap and pinecones, and I love the warm browns and cream candles. All these things inspired my card!
Good morning crafters! Time for a new challenge over at House of Cards! This month we've got a fun technique for you to try. You can check out a tutorial here from one of our Design Team members.
I started off with the banner sentiment from the White Christmas set from Stampin Up that I thought would be perfect behind my punched window. Then I found a circle die that fit nicely and punced that out of the green. I used a Great Impressions stamp (Berry Sprig D281) to go around the inside edge of the die cut circle and embossed it in red. I just love this pretty patterned paper I used for my background. The red flowers are glittery and add just the right amount of festive sparkle!

Ruby's Rainbow: Birds of a Feather
...these are a few of my favorite things. I hope now you've started singing that song in your head because that is our theme this week for the Moving Along with the Times challenge.
I used a Great Impressions Vintage Merry Christmas D469 stamp. The background used Coredinations cardstock embossed with my new snowflake folder and sanded. Feel free to use any of the song lyrics to inspire your creations...then come link up! I can't wait to see what you choose!
